Neil Godfrey

Sales Manager

Neil joined the team in 1989 after training as a draftsman and working on high value architectural projects in London’s Docklands.

In the 23 years he has been with Warwick Glass, he has helped us to successfully develop our retail and commercial specialist aluminium projects, and he shares his commitment to outstanding customer service with his team of consultants, surveyors and administration staff.

Robert Carlton

Estimator

Robert has worked in the glass industry since leaving school. Before he joined the team at Warwick Glass, he gained experience in customer services, organising the engineers and finding solutions to day-to-day problems and issues.

Now he works with our sales representatives and surveyors, seeing window, door and conservatory enquiries through to the point of order. He is also an expert on our AutoCAD® design software.

Paul West

Senior Estimator and Orders

Paul joined the company in 1992 and works exclusively for our sales team. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, working across all areas from fabrication to installation, he has a hugely detailed knowledge of all our products.

Paul is based in the Warwick showroom and is happy to help with any enquiries you may have. It is his responsibility to supply drawings prior to manufacture for customer approval.

Leo Dolan

Installations Manager

Before joining Warwick Glass, Leo worked for a large window manufacturer. He has developed a wealth of knowledge during his time here and when unforeseen situations arise during an installation, we rely upon his expertise to ensure that we can find a solution quickly and easily.

Mark White

Deputy Installations Manager

Mark joined Warwick Glass in 2009 after many years as a conservatory fitter. He organises the workflow for the fitting team, and ensures that installations go smoothly and are completed to our high standards.

He is always happy to answer questions about your installation.

Chris Proctor

Customer Services

Chris used to work at Warwick Glass in his summer holidays and eventually joined the company full time in 2008, straight from college. He is happy to help with any issues that may arise following your installation or during the lifetime of your guarantee.

His colleagues in the customer services team are Trevor and Norman, and they will always try to help you as efficiently as possible.

The glazing team

Steve Cooke

Senior Estimator

By the time Steve joined Warwick Glass in 1994, he had already gained 24 years’ experience in the glass industry.

He now uses his expertise to support the glazing sales side of the business – and with a particular knowledge of structural and specialist glazing, he ensures that we can fulfil many of our commercial projects.

Chris Day

Estimator and Orders

With 15 years’ experience in the glass industry, Chris joined Warwick Glass after working for a conservatory and commercial roof company.

He deals with customer enquiries for general glass and glazing and arranges for sales representatives or glaziers to undertake work as appropriate.

Paul Barton

Glass Department Senior Administrator

Paul is part of the team that started Warwick Glass in 1987 and he has been involved in the glass industry since 1979!

He has a detailed knowledge about the products we supply and can help with all your glass and glazing enquiries, ensuring that your requirements are met as cost-effectively as possible.

When he’s not at work, Paul can often be found at the Ricoh Arena, supporting his beloved Coventry City Football Club.
